  I understand that if I wish to change my Pool Opening appointment, I must give at least 24 hours notice. Place your initials in the following box to indicate you have read, understand and agree to the terms as outlined above;

    Hampstead Pool, Spa and Patio’s responsibilities to open your pool:
  1. Remove winter cover
  2. Set-up filter system
  3. Re-install ladder(s), handrail(s), diving board; as equipped
  4. Summerize plumbing lines & remove winter plugs. 
  5. Add Opening chemicals; shock, spring algaecide & sanitizer as needed (included in price)
  6. Drain & fold water tubes & air pillows as needed
  7. Take water sample for complete BioGuard Computerized Water Analysis; Analysis will be available at our stores for your convenience.
    Not included in Pool Opening
  1. Servicing of the heater, lighting pilot, gas lines, etc.
  2. Filling/topping off of pool water level
  3. Vacuuming/cleaning of pool
  4. Draining the winter cover
  5. Repairs to pool or equipment

    Hampstead Pool, Spa and Patio is NOT responsible for damage caused by severe winter weather and/or conditions beyond our control & prevention.

    Your responsibilities before we arrive to Open your pool:
  1. CLEAN & REMOVE EXCESS WATER & DEBRIS FROM THE TOP OF THE COVER. YOU WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE IF THE COVER IS NOT CLEAN & DRAINED.
  2. Have immediate access to the winter cover, water tubes, pillows, plugs, etc. (for storage purposes). We will notify you of parts that may/will need to be replaced do to wear & tear or winter damage. This additional work will be billed separately.
  3. Water spigot open (availability of water). Be sure that water level in pool is up to normal operating level (half-way up skimmer opening). If not, a second charge to start the filter system will be billed.
  4. Circuit breaker(s) “ON”

    NOTICE: In case of backups due to inclement weather or other working conditions beyond our control, Par Pool & Spa will notify you about 24 in advance of your scheduled Pool Opening Date.

Pricing: Aboveground Pools up to 10,000 gallons $180.00 + 10.80 tax = $190.80
           Aboveground Pools up to 20,000 gallons $200.00 + 12.00 tax = $212.00

In ground Pools up to 16x32 $239.00 + 14.34 tax = $253.34
In ground Pools 16x36 to 18x36 $259.00 + 15.54 tax = $274.54
In ground Pools 20x40 & Over $269.00 + 16.14 tax = $285.14

Terms: 50% deposit with order, Balance due on completion (time of Opening).
    We will notify you of your Opening date.
Absolutely NO OPENINGS after June 15, 2005.
