Hampstead Pool, Spa and Patio’s responsibilities to close your pool:
1. Put on winter cover
2. Winterize filter system
3. Remove ladder(s), handrail(s), diving board; as equipped
4. Winterize plumbing lines & install winter plugs (blow out and/or add pipeline antifreeze)
5. Add Winterizing chemicals; shock, winter algaecide & sanitizer as needed (included in price)
6. Fill & install water tubes & air pillows as needed
7. Take water sample for complete analysis; Analysis will be available at our stores for your convenience.

Not included in Pool Closing
1. Winterization of the heater; gas lines, etc.
2. Vacuuming/cleaning of pool
3. Hampstead Pool, Spa and Patio is NOT responsible for damage caused by severe winter weather and/or conditions beyond our control & prevention.

Your responsibilities before we arrive to Close your pool:
1. Clean & Vacuum pool
2. Have immediately accessible the winter cover, water tubes, pillows, plugs, etc. (unless ordered ahead of time), however we will replace old or damaged as needed & bill you separately.
3. Water spigot open (availability of water)
4. Circuit breaker(s) “ON”

Pricing: Above ground Pools up to 10,000 gallons $159.99 +   9.59 tax = $169.59
            Above ground Pools up to 20,000 gallons $179.99 + 10.80 tax = $190.79

Terms: 50% deposit with order, Balance due on completion (time of closing).
   We will notify you of your Closing date.
Absolutely NO CLOSINGS after November 10, 2006.
