2008 Inclusive Pool Maintenance

A weekly visit (on change over day) that includes:

  •  Vacuuming of pool or cleaning out and restarting automatic cleaner
  •  Brushing of walls as needed
  •  Empty skimmer and pump basket
  •  Inspection of filter pressure and backwash if needed
  •  Pool surface netted
  •  Skimmer and Pool scum line cleaned as necessary
  •  On site computerized water test for . . .
    • Free Chlorine,
    • Total Chlorine,
    • pH,
    • Total Alkalinity,
    • Calcium Hardness,
    • Cyanuric Acid, and
    • Optimizer Plus
  • In store test monthly for:
    • Total Dissolved Solids,
    • Phosphates,
    • Nitrate,
    • Iron, and
    • Copper
  • Equipment Inspection

    Chemicals added as needed, including weekly or bi-weekly shock

    Balancing chemicals and sanitizer/shock are included in the price, which is based on the size of the pool. Any algaecide or special application chemicals will not be included but a 7% discount will apply

  • Less than 10,000 gallons………. $239.00 per month
  • 10,000 – 19,000 gallons……….. $269.00 per month
  • 20,000 – 32,000 gallons……….. $289.00 per month
  • 33,000 – 41,000 gallons……….. $309.00 per month
  • 42,000 gallons and up…………. $369.00 per month

    If service or repair is needed, a discounted service rate will be given and an estimate given before repairs are done unless the parts are under $50 and deemed necessary for pool/spa to function.

    All Maintenance accounts are billed at the end of the month and due by the 15th of the month and service will be suspended if not in by the last day of the month.

    All maintenance accounts and pools and/or spas installed by Hampstead Pool, Spa & Patio are given preferential treatment for service above and beyond other customers
