2008 Expanded Spa Maintenance

    Twice a week service that includes a drain and fresh fill on change on day and a follow up visit either Tuesday or Wednesday for balancing and shocking. :

  • Scrubbing waterline
  • Rinsing or cleaning filter
  • Vacuuming with the Spa wand to clean debris from the bottom
  • Onsite computer analysis for Bromine, Total Alkalinity, pH, Calcium Hardness
  • Checking the filter cycle when possible
  • Inspection of jets and tub in general to verify everything is in working order

All Chemicals will be delivered and a 7% discount given

    If service or repair is needed, a discounted service rate will be given and an estimate given before repairs are done unless the parts are under $50 and deemed necessary for pool/spa to function.

The fee for this plan is $89 and that includes the cost of all chemicals. If you have both a pool and spa the total for both on Expanded is $130.00

    You also still receive priority scheduling in the event of a technical problem requiring a service call and a discount on labor charges from service calls. On this plan it you choose to keep the spa up and running in the winter we will fall back on the basic plan and coordinate with rental agency when the property is rented.

    All Maintenance accounts are billed at the end of the month and due by the 20th of the month and service will be suspended if not in by the last day of the month.
