2008 Basic Full Pool Maintenance

A weekly visit (on change over day) that includes:

Vacuuming of pool or cleaning out and restarting automatic cleaner
Brushing of walls as needed
Empty skimmer and pump basket
Inspection of filter pressure and backwash if needed
Pool surface netted
Skimmer and Pool scum line cleaned as necessary
On site computerized water test for . . .
- Free Chlorine,
- Total Chlorine,
- pH,
- Total Alkalinity,
- Calcium Hardness,
- Cyanuric Acid, and
- Optimizer Plus
In store test monthly for:
- Total Dissolved Solids,
- Phosphates,
- Nitrate,
- Iron, and
- Copper
Equipment Inspection

All Chemicals will be delivered and a 7% discount given

If service or repair is needed, a discounted service rate will be given and an estimate given before repairs are done unless the parts are under $50 and deemed necessary for pool/spa to function.

This Program is $70.00 per week (plus the cost of chemicals), If you also have a spa that you would like to include on the maintenance program there will be an additional charge of $25.00 per week plus the cost of spa chemicals.

All Maintenance accounts are billed at the end of the month and due by the 20th of the month and service will be suspended if not in by the last day of the month.
